  • Must be available to work Mon-Fri 4pm to 12 midnite

The role is working for a UK based communications resources company, hence the English language and hours of work to coincide with business hours in the UK.

The job requirements are varied and fall into 4 main areas:

Social Media Coordination

Recruitment and Resource, Database Coordination

Office Admin/Project Coordination

Facilities Management Coordination

The duties for these roles include but are not limited to the list below

Manage social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, updating websites etc.)

  • Posting jobs

  • Posting photos of jobs being done or completed

  • Posts on what we do and where we are working

  • Making new contacts and followers

  • Responding to people looking for work

  • Proactively looking for any negative responses and escalating

  • Providing reports on response and trends

  • Build-up of contractors Database

  • Build-up of skills matrix

    • Documentation verification

    • Email set up

    • Certification verification/updates

  • Making sure all required H&S docs are in place and up to date

  • Looking after our documentation repository on SharePoint and OneDrive.

    • Making sure our ISO9001 documentation is up to date and reviewed regularly

    • Logging new documents on document register

    • Formatting documents for PMs

    • Writing and formatting processes in standard format

    • Logging and maintaining the training video logs

    • Updating Engineer files and chasing for updated documents

    • Updating skills profiles

    • Creating resource profiles

  • Project coordination

    • Preparing engineering documents

    • Allocating work schedules

    • Maintaining tracks and P&L sheets

  • Invoicing

    • Checking engineer timesheets and invoices

    • Invoicing customers and chasing payment.


The salary for these positions is from 15000-30000 peso per month upwards depending on experience.
