Job Overview

Seeking Transactin coordinator with minimum 2 years experience as a transaction coordinator for a real estate firm in Hawaii. College graduate preferred. Solid communiation skills written and verbal. Must have a technolgoy package that works efficiently and quickly. Apple products best, able to Facetime or skype required. 

Experience with escrow timelines, purchase contract prepartation, listing contract preparation. Data entry of listings into the MLS, uploading photos and videos into the MLS. Energetic and enthusiastic person, with proper email eticate. 

Scheduling, organizing, fluent with MS office, G Suite, online storage and filing. Working hours 9-6 Hawaii Time with a one hour lunch break. Full time.

Daily logs of task required, Daily check in and check out required. 

Listing support specialist, wtih data entry, ordering markeing materials scheduling open houses, placing facebook ads, creating weekly seller reports and feedback. Emailing these reports to all home sellers on our listings. 

Maintain company facebook page, with daily blogs, on real estate topics, monitor company website.
