We are an Executive Search firm, recruiting for businesse worldwide.
We have had several large projects in different countries and time zones, which has created an overflow of data - mainly job applications, CVs, meeting notes and project notes.
The project is simple - following short training on our Client Relationship Management software, we need someone to:
1. input notes and upload CVs
2. Complete checklists for applications
3. Work with Managing Director to optimise website content
• Office & Admin (Virtual Assistant)
- Data Entry - IT skills good with new cloud software, Wordpress, Outlook etc.
- Access to Skype for training
- Speaking, Reading, Writing
The project is an initial 10-15 hours of work.
If you are good at the work we can commit for 15-20h per month in future.
First 10 hours: any time
Future work: 1pm-7pm Philippines time
