Job Description

  •  Schedule call appointment with client

  •  Research about client

  •  Make business purchases and deal with vendors

  •  Schedule virtual/telephone meeting between client and LedaTra

  •  Manage clients’ database

  •  Receive calls from clients making enquiries

  •  Email customers about our different services

  •  Receiving inbound Calls

  •  Offer dedicated customer support to client

Skills Requirements

  •  Must be a computer literate

  •  Knowledge of microsoft office package

  •  Emotional intelligence

  •  Communication skills

  •  Time management skills

Job Requirements

  •  University degree in related courses in administrative, customer management, business management, art , social science or related course

  •  One year experience working experience as customer care personnel or related position ( virtual will be an advantage)

  •  Understand and speak English fluently

  •  Must possess/own a computer

  •  Installation of editing softwares like Grammarly, Copyscape.

  •  High speed wired internet service of 10 mbps or higher (WiFi is not permitted)
