Job Overview

Hi, Social Media Manager: He/she will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. He/she will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

Objective - a person to handle my marketing activities for 2 web platforms (the work and targets groups overlap):

(1) Promote brands for online platforms

(2) Increase User Subscriptions, registrations on the platform with the high-quality product listing.

Timeline: Full-time, long-term and could be permanent

 

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

●Identifying new customer and segments

●Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.

●Building brand awareness and positioning.

●Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy.

●Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts.

●Communicating the marketing plan.

●Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish.

●Researching demand for the organization's products and services.

●Evaluating competitors.

●Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing.

 

Marketing Manager Requirements:

●Bachelor degree or master degree in marketing, business administration,

●Experience with creating an online marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.

●Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.

●Understanding of public relations.

●Advanced communication skills.

●Ability to quickly adapt to change.

 

General overview

●Content preparation: Content writing - quality engaging and supported with the research (Blogs, Press-releases, News, posts and conversion messages); pics and infographics, Video through or custom if experienced

●Genuine engagement - social media posting and conversion, natural engagement with the conversion

●Preparing and distributing text content to news sites, social media groups etc

 

TASKS – document procedures for every task:

●Share the products and profile of CSH from the platform to everywhere

●Document feedback and suggests it for the platform

●Newsletter – new from development and Q&As from social engagements

●Instagram posting and engagement, Like, follow, DMs, Ask some questions about them (their products, creativity) and answer on their questions

●Produce Videos – using the platform

●Produce strategy (keywords, competitors, step by step) and processes for each Project – templates

●Pics and photos – Canva and Photos, plus other platforms

●Send Email through CRM (Zoho CRM), management and customisation from the existing setup is the plus

●Follow up on the call - Lead generation and prospects pre-qualification

●Post regularly and engage

●Identify relevant Social Groups and engage in a natural way

●Manage paid ads and adjust from A/B testing (FB and LinkedIn)

●Tags research and topic research and post content from relevant posts - ask

●Understand localised and targeted news – subscribe to receive and read for writing
