We are ticketbunny(dot)online and we have an E-commerce business in Germany. We are selling second hand event tickets to customers all over Germany and we also have a fixed amount of tickets for each event.
We need a virtual assistant that takes care of all the customer requests. The process is standardized and once we get a request, you have to create an offer. To do this, you will analyze the customers email by translating it with Google Translator. After that you will know how many persons and tickets the customer needs, which price category and which date for the event.
Then you will calculate the prices and put all the data in the HTML email for the offer. You don´t need to be an expert in HTML, because you just need to input the data of the offer each time, to answer a request.
If the customer wants to buy the tickets, then you will create the ticket by using a template in Photoshop and just input all the customer data. Then you will send out the email with the tickets and our payment details.
- 3-5 hours from Monday-Saturday
- We work in the German time zone. You will get access to a VPS server with a work setup and you can use Thunderbird with a Plugin to manage the sending times of the emails. Therefore it is not necessary to work in the German timezone. You can just prepare all the emails and then let the server send it out later.
Salary payment dates:
- Daily, weekly, monthly (whatever you prefer) with PayPal
- Skills needed:
- HTML (basic understanding), Email (Thunderbird), Photoshop
You don´t need to have a deep understanding of Photoshop, but you need to know how to edit the text in the tickets. You should be trusted, because you will handle customer data and our financial data. You should be available from Monday-Saturday for a few hours each day. We get between 10 and 25 requests every day.
