Job Overview

Cambridge LLP is a law firm based in Toronto, Canada. We are currently looking for someone to fulfill the full time role of a virtual assistant and be part of this dynamic team. We require our virtual assistant to do admin work and assist our lawyers and staff with email drafting, social media, research and data entry.

Key Requirements

  • University/ college degree

  • High Proficiency in English - writing and speaking

  • Email drafting/ email marketing

  • Social media marketing

  • Understanding of social media analytics

  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

  • Administrative experience

  • Customer service/ Reception experience

  • Speak with confidence with clients over the phone

  • Excellent research skills

  • Timezone: Eastern Time
