Employee will be responsible for answering customer calls, confirming job details and dispatching jobs out to our team of technicians. On going data entry and updating customer records will be a regular part of this job. The below are details of the job of the position that we are looking to fill:
Must be able to cover other shift's if need including days, weekend and holidays.
Must be able to work independently in a team oriented environment.
Must be able to multi-task accurately in a fast paced working environment.
Must be able to prioritize task.
Must have excellent writing and customer service skills.
Must have Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
