The HR and Admin Manager will be the one to derive strategic goals to the business through developing an effective and efficient recruitment strategies and processes. Responsible for creating a standardized salary structure and improved benefits package, organizing different events and activities, develop training programs and always meet the end goal of REIQ which is hiring the best people to the right job and always keep employees well motivated and engaged.
Duties and Responsibilities
Create and enforce a handbook containing the company policies, rules, and regulations and the code of conduct.
Develop effective recruitment strategies in order to attract the best and most suitable applicants for the various positions available
Recommend an efficient and effective recruitment process: from sourcing, interviewing, background checking to onboarding
Responsible for conducting the performance appraisal of the employees and must ensure that the process supports and protects the company
Ensures that all the employees are well motivated and engaged in organizing different events and activities and maintaining and creating benefits programs in line with the needs and wants of the employees
Create a standardized salary structure and improved benefits package to attract and retain talents and at the same time rewards excellent performance
Designs, recommend and implements processes and systems of creative compensation schemes, and overall employee welfare programs and services to maintain an efficient and highly motivated and productive workforce.
Issue incident reports, notices and memorandum and impose proper sanctions for the enforcement of employee discipline
Plan and develop training and development programs that would support the employee’s existing and future needs
Must possess at least a College/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Behavioral Science or any equivalent course
With Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Behavioral Science or any equivalent course have an advantage
Must have at least 3 years of HR Generalist experience or has a progressive leadership experience in HR positions
Comprehensive knowledge in recruitment processes and strategies, policy making and implementation, training and development, employee relations, labor relations, organizational development, conflict resolution and management and other aspects of HR
Must have an extensive knowledge of the Labor Code of the Philippines
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
Proactive and must be a team player
Excellent communication and presentation skills
