Job Overview

We are a real estate investing company located in the and we are in need of call center consultant/agent for outcall calling. 

Call Center Agent Job Responsibilities:

 

Call Center Agent Job Duties:


  • Obtain seller's information by asking questions (call script and guideline will be provided)

  • Disposition each call and monitor the call log

  • Follow-up on each call 

  • Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.

  • Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming the condition of the home 

  • Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.

  • Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.

  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.

  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.

  • Accomplishes organization mission by completing related results as needed

 

Job Minimum Requirements 


  • Must have your own computer and back up 

  • Must have internet and WIFI

  • Must have some calling experienced

  • Must have the willingness to learn and grow in our organization 

  • Must speak very good English 

  • Ideal to have some REAL ESTATE experience:)
