Job Overview

AutoShopCentre is a Canadian based automobile sales and service Corporation with 20+ combined years in experience. The sucessful applicant will co-ordinate and execute tasks for the company manager. Duties as outlined below. Must be prompt, have good work ethic and with a sense towards urgency.


Your responsibilities would include;

  • Answer and direct phone calls

  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled report

  • Develop and maintain a filing system

  • Maintain contact lists



  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

  • High School diploma/degree preferred
