We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries.

Responsibilities:


  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Knowing our products/services inside and out so that you can answer questions.

  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements:


  • Has an experience as a CS for atleast 6 months

  • Must be hardworking

  • Patient

  • Fast learner

  • Good with computers

  • Good English speaking skills

  • Can start ASAP

Salary will be discussed during the interview in person.
