Job Overview

Looking for a VA/Remote Worker who speaks and writes English very well. The primary job functions will be pulling information from county websites that pertain to real estate transactions and information, and then loading that information into an excel spreadsheet, and provide photos from Google Streetview and other resources of the property.. Constant email, #Slack, and communication will be important. Following our strict standards for data request and information that we request. Previous experience a plus in real estate and information gathering/research.

There will be a test process to follow to see if you are a good fit.

 

Hours will be part time/as needed to start with possible full time later on in the process. Must be good with following directions and gathering data in a timely and accurate manner.

Timezone can be your local timezone but work must be completed by deadlines assigned by project manager.

Salary will be paid bi-weekly to start.

Expect bonus pay if quality is of high standards.

 

Other tasks may be requested from you, such as research, property evaluations based off a specific criteria, and various others which would include bonus pay.
