We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.

Responsibilities:



  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.




  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.




  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.




  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.




  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.




  • Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers




  • Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements




  • Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction




  • Working hours are between 8 PM and 5 am China Time



Education and Experience



  • Relevant work experience in customer service (offline acceptable)




  • Comfortable with software products




  • Fluent in English and be able to talk to customers in USA



Requirements:



  • MUST BE A COLLEGE GRADUATE. ANY 4 YEAR COURSE.




  • Amenable to relocate in China. (no family issues to consider)




  • Can provide a COE for a total of 2 years  (not necessary related with CS)




  • Filipino citizen currently located in the Philippine
