Job Overview

Must have real estate experience.  This will be a fun job for the right candidate!  You don't have to possess all the skills but being organized and a willingness to learn is most important


- Motivated, Driven, Nice, honest, willingness to follow plan(team player), detail oriented, reliable

-Stong communication skills- speak good English

- Have quiet work place

- reliable PC with fast internet speed


Phone calls and telemarketing:  Prospective and follow up calls to past, present , and potential clients

Email managment and marketing: maintain a consistent email follow up to client, vendor, and business partner contacts.  Be able to learn CRM systems.

Social Media Marketing: Facebook ads set up and targeting methods, basic graphic design(Canva), maintaining and providing relevant contect, expanding social media contacts and connections.

Hours:  prefer 9am-5pm central time but flexible for right candidate. Vacation and bonuses included.  Get paid every two weeks.
