We are a fast-paced Australian tech company specializing in photo editing for the real estate market. To support our growing business, we are looking for experienced Real Estate VA/customer service reps.
This is not your typical Customer Call Centre role…we are looking for self-motivated, focused and tech savvy individuals to respond to new customer queries, as well as amendments to existing jobs. You will be proficient in email and live chat.
You must have prior experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate:
- previous experience in a real estate support role (either Customer Service or VA)
- good knowledge and understanding of the real estate industry
- excellent customer service skills, including complaints handling
- excellent interpersonal skills
- high level of written communication skills and instruction delivery
- the ability to problem-solve and identify issues quickly
- the ability to make recommendations to improve overall quality of the customer experience
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a support role in the real estate industry, and have an interest in photo editing or photography.
This is a full-time role; you will be required to work between 2pm-11pm Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu.
This is a home-based role, so you MUST have your own computer, stable and fast internet, email and skype.
