We are a busy website and currently looking to expand internationally.
I'm looking for an assistant to help with the following tasks:
Research trends in interior design and write original and engaging content for the website
Create "shop the look" content
Research our competitors and keep informed of their activities / trends they see in the market place
Answer customer queries via live chat software: - Order updates, stock availability etc
Write descriptions for furniture items that we well
Spot check the website to ensure the site is being maintained to a high standard
Return calls to customers that enquire about products - we will provide an IP phone facility
Other ad hoc tasks centred around running a busy web store specialising in furniture and interiors
The ideal candidate will have:
- fluent english speaking and writing
-passion for interior design
-comfortable writing blogs / web posts on interiors
-happy to speak to customers over the phone
-A provable working knowledge of Prestashop would be a big bonus!
Hours, payment and times are flexible.
We work European hours however we are happy to work with someone that needs to work local hours....
