Job Overview

The role

We have an exciting opportunity available for a bookkeeper. You will be responsible for taking ownership of all account-related tasks. You will be required to work across two business days to begin with. The Job will be a full-time role within 1 month.


Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Process staff expenses in accordance with company expense policy

  • Assist in invoicing and managing outstanding payments

  • Reconcile banking

  • Prepare financial reports and summaries for management

  • Manage the accounts email inbox, including responding to accounts related enquiries, processing client refunds and allocating company expense receipts

  • Using Xero

  • Accounts Payable and Receivable

  • Preperation of balance sheets, P&L and BAS

  • General reports as required

  • Other Admin work

Skills and experience

  • Certificate in Accounting and/or Bookkeeping 

  • Experience with Xero and managing paperless records

  • Exceptional attention to detail 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Punctual and team orientated 


- Working hours 9am - 5pm

- Time zone Brisbane QLD (GMT+10)

- Salery Payment is weekly
