Job Overview

We seek an Assistant Property Manager to support our properties located in Los Angeles and Long Beach, California.

The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for assisting at two location for a total of 8 units with the daily operations of a rental property and work closely with me to ensure a homey and welcoming environment for all guests. 

This includes but is not limited to:

• Available to answer phone calls 24 hours/day. 

• Respond to Airbnb inquiries in a timely manner

• Communicate with current and future guests for check-in times and general questions.

• Coordinate and schedule cleaning service for all units

• Report damages done to units prior to next guest and place orders for rental supplies. 

• High School diploma required

• Customer service experience preferred

• Strong computer skills including MS Excel d

• Ability to read, write and speak English 

• Warm, outgoing personality 

Working Hours: 9am-6pm (on call for emergencies 6pm-9am) Pacific Standard Time

Timezone: Los Angeles

Salary payment dates: bi-monthly
