-make contact with our cleaners and let them know when guest has checked out for the apartment to be serviced.
-have a phone number for guest to be able to contact at all times and speak to someone in English. If it is an emergency then you can take their number and ask the guest to call us.
We only have two properties at the moment but we are looking to expand in the future.
