Job Overview

Hours: Agent will work from 8:30AM-5:30PM Pacific Time with one hour break.

Tasks/Requirements:



Dispatch and follow up on maintenance work orders



Administrative tasks such as enter invoices to software, data entering, listing, lease creation, lease renewals, and etc



Response to office emails and telephone calls 



On-boarding owners and tenants



Make sure all documents from owners, tenants, and vendors are up to date



Must have a quite home office set up with reliable internet
