Job Overview


  • Primary duties include: outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of the sales pipeline

  • Enter information into company database and or Excel spreadsheet

  • Follow up on prospective leads

  • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in the pipeline

Qualifications


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ambitious and enthusiastic with excellent people skills

  • Exceptional telephone skills—ability to set and close appointments over the phone

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Competitive attitude, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

  • 1-2 years of sales or telemarketing experience
