I am a real estate investor in California USA. I have a team of telemarketers that need technical support often. I need a talented virtual assistant to be able to
1) Work from noon pacific standard time to 4pm pst. Possibly be on call every once in a while.
2) You will need to speak english as a native language or be very proficient. You will be communicating with native speaking team members often and they must be able to understand you easily. You must be able to understand their american jokes, humor, empathize, and american customs. I don't expect you to fully understand them all but someone who has lived in the united states for a minimum of a few years will be best suited for this position.
3) You will need to a great problem solver. Be prepared to take problem solving exams to prove your ability.
4) You will need to be good with technology. An understanding of telemarketing and phone systems such as mojo , call rail, and ring central would be very helpful. You will need to constantly solve phone connection issues for telemarketers.
5) You will need to be good with finances as you will be making financial decisions and choosing the most cost effective phone plans for the company.
6) Prepare lists for dialers to call and for the company to market.
7) I would prefer you have some real estate investment company experience, preferably 3 + years, or at least 3 years in real estate industries. Some of the other tasks/skills needed are posted below.
8) You are a hard worker.
9) You have a friendly, positive attitude.
10) You are trustworthy.
11) Payment via Pay Pal twice per month. Once per week for the first month to build trust.
