We started operations in 2014 as Nomad Dwelling a short-term vacation rental company for travelers in sunny Hollywood, driving communications with hosts and guests. Today we are excited to open our newest division: Nomad Desk a business process outsourcing provider offering contact center and back-office services to startups in Southern California.

Our mission is to support and grow our Clients while being extremely passionate about providing an outstanding customer service experience.

Job Description:

We are looking for a contact service agent with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, ability to work remotely. Our ideal candidate has an American accent, Latin Spanish accent, and experience in the health industry. This is a full-time position that requires the use of a computer, phone apps and answering customer requests in real-time.

Responsibilities


  • Provide patients with exceptional phone service by responding to their questions promptly.

  • Process and escalate requests in accordance with the standard procedures.

  • Take notes and schedule medical appointments.

  • Sales and business development ability.

  • Monitor and reply to vacation rental clients.

  • Send Weekly Report to Supervisor every Monday morning.


  • Work hours: 6 days, 45 hours a week.

  • This is a day job (Philipines time)

Requirements


  • American English (written and spoken)

  • Spanish (spoken)

  • Experienced in call centers and contact centers

  • Experience in the health care industry

  • This job will require you to own a smartphone and a laptop computer in perfect conditions

  • Computer proficiency; familiarity with online customer support is a plus

  • Experience working with the following platforms: ZenDesk, EMR, Google Drive

  • Have analytical problem-solving skills

  • Empathy

  • Be able to proficiently write emails to patients, doctors, and team members

  • Possess strong communication skills and pay attention to details
