Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated project manager to help us with day to day tasks. The ideal candidate will be a confident, competitive person with excellent interpersonal skills. To succeed in this position, you will need the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter, and be prepared to learn. You will need strong organizational and follow-up skills, and good written and verbal communications skills and computer-literate.

After the first month, we would like to make this position full time if you are the right candidate!

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  •  Schedule meetings, update and maintain calendar for the team

  • Create and execute reports as per request

  • Manage projects with the director

  • Draft Proposals (guideline will be provided)

  • Attend new business calls

  • Write project briefs

About you:

  • We are looking for a candidate to contribute, improve and optimize our process, as well as bring new ideas and strategies to the team 

  • Familiarity with the marketing world

  • Strong skills in initiating executive-level contacts, securing sales presentation opportunities, and demonstrated success in closing new business relationships

  • Basic knowledge of website design and development

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and time management.

  • Proficient in Google Apps such as Docs & Sheets

  • Knowledge of Asana or similar

  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage difficult situations while remaining upbeat and positive

  • Strong work ethic: team-oriented, self-starter, high energy, and results-oriented

  • Highly skilled at multi-tasking with the ability to quickly adapt and learn

  • Ability to think outside the box as needed with an instinct for innovation

About Work Remotely

We will be working in a remote environment. You will need to communicate your progress and results on a daily basis (2-4 skype calls per working day, and daily written reports).
