Complete BPO is looking for amazing Virtual Assistants with experience in the Real Estate industry who would like to join our team!

SALARY

We pay industry-leading salaries (+various bonuses) because we want to retain top talent. The salary range for this position ranges from 20,000-30,000 PHP depending on experience.

BONUS on 3 month work anniversary

--You'll get a bonus equivalent to 1-month salary after working with us for 3 months.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be assisting real estate agents & brokers OR property managers & tenants/landlords. Job duties will vary but likely include the following:

1.Answer/return calls and emails. Depending on the client, you may be communicating with other agents/brokers, title & escrow, photographers, mortgage brokers, property managers/renters/landlords, etc.

2. General Administrative tasks like managing schedules, inputting data, sending invoices.

3. Managing property listings on various internet listing platforms- uploading pictures+creating & adding descriptions.

4. Updating CRM data/client information

5. Assist with other miscellaneous marketing/social media tasks

6. Assist with paperwork

The position is full-time, Monday-Friday 8 hrs/day, during standard US business hours. Our clients operate throughout the US so we have positions in 3 different time-zones (PST, CST, EST).

Requirements:

*Ability to work full-time, Monday-Friday 8 hrs/day

*Professional demeanor, timeliness, organized, positive attitude.

*Tech Savvy (should be comfortable using Microsoft office suite, Gsuite, and other typical platforms for administrative tasks.

*Proficiency in both speaking and writing in English. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking on the phone and responding to emails with professionalism.

*Reliable high-speed internet connection and computer that can handle downloading/uploading pictures, various real estate software programs, and our employee monitoring tool.

*Experience supporting Real Estate professionals and having a basic knowledge of the Real Estate industry as a whole (understanding terms, contracts, etc) is a major plus.

*We are willing to hire candidates without Real Estate experience as long as they have general office/admin experience who are self-motivated and excited about learning new things.

Bonus Experience (NOT required, but highly desired)

*Experience with platforms like Podio, Microsoft Softwares, Google Docs, Call Rail, Mailchimp, Screen Sharing, Craigslist, Zillow and E-mail.

*Experience and willingness to cold-call clients. Bonus structures and increased salary structure apply for applicants with cold-calling skill.
