We are a Birmingham based short term rental business. We are looking for a proactive and forward-thinking individual who has experience in hospitality industry to look after our portfolio in the UK.
This is a role which will involve telephone and email communication with customers on daily basis, good level of English in both writing and speaking is essential. A cloud based property management software is the main tool for managing everyday tasks alongside with other communication software/apps. Reasonable computer skill is essential for this role. The candidate must be a well organised and highly efficient individual who has the attitude to go the extra miles when needed.
NOTE: This is a permanent and full time role, working hours will be UK timezone.
