If so, Real Estate Rod & Associates has just opened up a position for a very critical role within our business and we are currently looking to hire a ROCKSTAR team member to fill that opportunity!



Hi, my name is Real Estate Rod, owner of Real Estate Rod & Associates and my organization is a world-class real estate investment firm that does a lot of inbound & outbound marketing which creates a lot of opportunities for us to engage with homeowners to determine whether they would like to sell their house or not. Currently with the high volume of leads that we are experiencing we are in need of a very social, reliable and highly organized individual to process these leads from the moment they respond to our marketing up to the point you pass these qualified leads over to our Sales Department to complete the transaction. Our Sales team consists of an Acquisitions team who presents and negotiate our offers to these homeowners, winning their business, and our Dispositions team who show these houses, that you and our Sales team converted into new business for the company, to other investors and finally negotiate our selling price so the company at a whole can realize a profit to meet our annual goals!


So basically, your role will be to assist our Sales Department by conducting the following tasks:

  • Respond to all leads either through a text message or phone call through our online phone system with the goal of asking a series of scripted questions. (Pre-qualifying All Leads)

  • Set appointments for our Sales team to contact the lead.

  • Make follow-up calls to all leads within our database to Pre-qualify them to see if they are ready to sell their house by asking a series of scripted questions.

  • Make appointment confirmation calls for our Sales team.

  • Enter all lead information into the company’s CRM.

  • Construct a Property Sales Package in pdf for all deals the Sales team win.

  • Upload videos, pictures and property details of all deals onto the company’s website.

  • Scrape websites for information to be placed into a excel spreadsheet for our Marketing team.

  • Organize data within excel spreadsheets.

  • Post ads on our company’s facebook page.

  • Teachable: in order for you to prosper with our team, you must be excitedly open & positive about learning our systems, processes and on-going trainings.

  • Self-disciplined: with this being a work-at-home position with no direct supervision, you must be disciplined to show up to work on time every time and maintain your job duties throughout the day especially after dealing with difficult prospects that can possibly frustrate your endeavors.

  • Excellent English speaking with American Accent: this is extremely important.

  • Excellent verbal communicationmust be able to communicate clearly and be able to start, hold and direct a conversation in a cheerful but firm manner. It must be a pleasure to talk to you.

  • Amazing interpersonal skills: Because you will be talking to all types of personalities with most of them going through a difficult time in their life, you must be able to listen, communicate and engage with all prospects in a warm and friendly manner so that the homeowner will feel comfortable enough to have a conversation with you in order for you to extract the critical information your role requires you to gather.

  • High level of perseverance with a tenacious attitude: Must have a winner’s competitive spirit, willing to get the job done no matter what!

  • Happy, positive, and optimistic attitude. Must be able to remain focus throughout the day especially from interacting with and receiving multiples of no’s as well as rude attitudes from prospects.

  • Respectful, sympathetic and empathetic attitude. Must be able to maintain and express high levels of the above in order to establish rapport with homeowners.

  • Able to talk on the phone for long durations at a time.Your job will be on the phone 75% of the time and you must like talking

  • Quiet workspace or environment with no background noise.No one likes a lot of background noise when talking to someone on the phone especially if they already do not want to be on the phone in the first place.

  • Previous experience in one or more of the following:

    • Customer service

    • Telemarketing

    • Cold calling

    • Appointment setting

    • Data entry

    • Real estate

    • sales

    • Or any other related fields.

  • Computer & Internet with the following specs:

    • Fully functioning 64bit desktop/laptop

    • Windows 7 or newer

    • 4gb ram

    • USB headset with noise-cancelling

    • Wired internet connection of 5 mbps upload speed or more

    • Backup generator or alternative location for any power outages

  • Able to type and enter data while on the phone: while on the phone asking your questions and dialoguing with prospects, you must be able to type that information into our CRM database.

  • Able to offer suggestions in improving or solving any flaws or problems in the company’s processes or procedures if needed or as you experience it.We value speed and a efficient work flow so if you feel you have ideas on how to improve your current tasks to speed up time without losing the quality of your performance, you will be recognized for doing so during your performance evaluations.

  • Interested in becoming a long-term team/family member. We are looking to hire someone that would like to grow with this organization and be a part of our family culture. For the right family team member that brings to this company all the above required skills, performance and dedication, he/she will be gratefully paid:

  • $3 hr for first 90 days while under your performance evaluation stage,

  • After the first 90 days your will get $3 hr plus $50 a month bonus based on performance goals.

  • $50 quarterly bonus based on performance goals.

  • $100 annual bonus based on performance goals.

Currently we buy houses in any condition and we positioned ourselves to be able to purchase these home very quickly which on average is in 30 days or less.

To generate our leads, we utilize multiple marketing channels to generate interest from homeowners that are possibly looking to sell their house and YOU will be in charge of handling EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THOSE LEADS THAT COME INTO OUR COMPANY. From screening leads, to calling leads to ask tons of questions and befriending these prospect that respond to our marketing to create world-class customer satisfaction! Your sole job will be to extract important information for our Sales team while assisting with other duties that typically will slow down our sales experts in order to speed up our sales transaction process.
