We're recruiting for a ROCKSTAR Virtual Assistant to help our CEO and Founder.
Hours: Fulltime, ideally 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday but this is somewhat flexible.
Timezone: GMT+8 (we work on the same timezone as the Philippines).
Salary: Dependent on experience and negotiation, paid weekly.
- 13th Month Pay (pro-rata)
- Monthly contributions towards your SSS, PhilHealth and PAG-IBIG.
- PAID HOLIDAYS (24 per year)
- PAID SICK / PERSONAL LEAVE (24 per year)
- PAID PARENTAL LEAVE (14 days per year)
- PAID PATERNITY LEAVE (14 days per year; within a month of spouse having a baby)
- PAID BEAREAVEMENT LEAVE (6 days per year)
As our CEO's second arm, we are ideally after someone who is confident in generating leads, setting appointments and making sales! As a result of this we also offer UNMATCHED commissions on products sold. For exact rates please discuss during your interview. Commissions / incentives are paid weekly with your base wage.
Who We Need:
We need someone organised with initiative, who excels in fast paced environments and over time will become our CEO's second arm, someone flexible and adaptable and who will grow with our three small startups.
Ideally you'd also be interested in eLearning, education and training.
Will be discussed in depth during interview, but for now:
Sales / Appointment Setting
Telemarketing (IF YOU WANT TO, WOULD BE A GREAT HELP IF SO!)
Social Media Advertising
eLearning Course Creation and Maintenance
