We are in need of four (4) Customer Service Representatives.
We are an e-health web/app located in Arizona USA and the 4 CSRs will be a part of the launching of the web/app by Dec 1st 2019. The CSRs will be working Monday – Friday, 8hours/day.
Shifts are as follow: Swing shift: 7pm-3am; Morning shift: 2am-10am (Philippines time)
Candidates must have the following Requirements:
1. College grad. Fresh grads are very much welcome to apply.
2. With or without CSR experience as we will train.
3. Good English Proficiency - Both written and spoken
4. Good home internet connection and a noise-free working environment
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
1. Answer calls, emails or chats.
2. Outbound calls to get leads
3. Follow up on leads.
4. Document calls.
5. Other administrative tasks as required.
Pay & Benefits
1. No work no pay rule. It will be PHP1,000 per day but if you can work during the weekends upon the supervisor’s request, then that’s an additional PHP 125/hour.
2. 13th month pay upon regularization.
3. 5 days sick leave per year with pay upon regularization.
4. Working on a Philippine legal holiday is a double pay.
5. US legal holiday is a no-work day but with pay.
6. Production bonus/commission
