Job Overview

Dallas Based Real Estate investment company looking for someone to manage incoming leads and scheduling the incoming leads to our sale agent or acquisition speacialist and helping with daily administrative work.

Daily communication with our team via emails, text(skype or whatsup) and phone.  

Basic summary of some of what we need:

1. Work with webplatforms to receive leads from prospective renters via email, text, and phone... will need to follow up on regular basis.

2. Generate a lease to send to new tenants.  Real Estate Sales contract,

3. Write sales contract and send docusigns.( esignature).. we have contracts already made and will show you what to do..

4. Coordinate incoming leads from call center and placing in CRM, and follow up after sale axquisition team made contact on regular basis. 

 5. Will need to be a transaction coordinator. Will need to monitor and assist in the movement of sales contract to work with seller, and buyer and title company and lending company mostly via emails. 

6.  Need help with AirnBnB , homeaway, short term vacation rental management placing reservations, and follow up experience a great assest. and managing our website.

7. Will need to be very organized and responsible and able to work with our team with good attitude. show me you got a brain to move fast and make things work with out so much supervision...

8.  Need help with facebook posting and page management, Web page skills are plus as well along with graphic design.

9. Need good English speaking and writing.

10. Marketing to help create ads and listings. 

We will train you and orient you to get started. We want people who are motivated and want to help move our company grow stronger and bigger for 2020 and more.

Currently use  Basecamo and Highrise for CRM management very simple tool, but also have salesforce also.

Someone to make sure leads are followed up on regular and timely basis is essential to this businesss.

Also lead generation to prospect more leads is the other cornerstone we are looking for.

Work time flexible.

This is full time. We are in central time zone.

Starting pay $450 full time. Pay on the 1st of the month and 15th of month. Raises  are based on perfomance activities and atitude over coarse of time.
