About this position:

We're looking for a customer support agent to provide professional and friendly service through our emails. This person should have a passion for helping others and be able to stay calm under pressure.

 

Criteria:



  • Past customer support experience




  • Ability to stay calm in fast-paced stressful situations




  • Ability to write English perfectly




  • Must be able to work 20+ hours per week (and especially on weekends)




  • Great English speaking skills (bonus, but not required)
