Job Overview


KDCI Outsourcing is a global provider of eCommerce services for startups and established companies. We help our clients build, grow, and maintain their online businesses by providing support for product information management, back office, graphic design, web development, customer service, and digital marketing.


  • Conceptualize, create and transform ideas into words

  • Write clear and persuasive content for websites and other means of advertising

  • Revise, edit and proofread content as needed or directed by the client

  • Edit own work prior to submission to ensure error-free content

  • Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior


  • Degree in English, Journalism, Communications or any equivalent is a plus.

  • Must have relevant experience in writing (business or creative)

  • Writing for an eCommerce site and/or technology is an advantage

  • Above-average research skills

  • Experience with keyword placement and other SEO best practices is an advantage

  • Amenable to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
