Job Overview

We are Inspire Care 360.  Please see us and the team at . We are located in Rochester NY (which is actually closer to Toronto Canada then New York City).

We are seeking a General Virtual Assistant that will report directly to the Founder and CEO.

Inspire Care 360 vision is to help independent childcare, daycare, early learning and Montessori centers (Care Facilities) to compete and flourish so they may produce well educated and cared for children.  We offer a BPO like service (just for reference) for these independent care facilities throughout the US, but eventually across the globe and hope to even offer our services at some point in the Philippines, and throughout APAC region.

We provide care teachers and staff onboarding training, professional development, HR services and consulting, Brand and Marketing Services as well as a group purchasing organization to make it easier for these independent Care Facilities to provide great service to the families they serve.

General Virtual Assistant is a key role to our organization and can expect to work on average 30 hours a week. Being a team-mate and after the first 90-days if this individual continues to meet and exceed expectations; they will be eligible for personal time off accrual (holiday pay) as well as project bonuses.  We will performance reviews and this individual will have opportunities to grow and take on more responsibility and have a higher level of compensation that work.  We are a performance-based work environment.

Position starts at $2.50 an hour for first 90-days for review and can increase based on performance

Role Objective

To assist the CEO in most all assistant needs but possibly to source and manage other assistance in the Philippines virtually on our company’s behalf when there is a specialization that is needed (website coding, project management, instructional design...).  This individual will take direction only from the CEO and will help the organization grow.  We seek this individual to be a member of our team and participate occasionally in morning meetings (East Coast US time zone) both by phone as well as virtually.  To work within define timelines.  To be a great time manager of their own time and that of others.  To be a self-starter and creative to a degree.  To understand the mission, Vision and Values of our organization and share those values.  

Tasks - Will seek proof of all task’s abilities

Project and Initiative Management Strong Project management skills- Help source and manage other assistance as mentioned above

  • Advance Graphic Design

  • Computer coding/WP Coder

  • Instructional Design Support for online learning build

  • Learning Management Administrators

  • Data Scraping

  • Lead Generation


Assist the CEO will all business requirements and occasionally personal requirements that will include but not be limited to:

  • Phone communications with state based contacts and clients

  • Email support, writing organizing prioritizing

  • Meeting  and appointment scheduling

  • Letter writing

  • Blog Writing

  • Simple Graphic Design Work

  • Web Wordpress editing and design





Understanding and management of tools like:

  • Microsoft Office and Suite of Products

  • Dropbox/One-box

  • CRM/Infusion Soft

  • InDesign or similar graphic design tool

  • Adobe suite of cloud products

  • Leverage and learn about new tools that make assist our business for example Needls, Buffer, Fivver, 99Design, click funnel and help determine if this individual can use the tool or is a specialist needed



Ability to schedule travel

Post Jobs, initial screening of candidates and scheduling interviews as needed as well as flow-up in CRM

Candidate Requirement:

Master Degree in Business/Communications or another applicable degree

High degree of speaking western English

Ability to speak virtually (we use zoom) or by phone.

Available typically and daily up to 8am-11amET Monday through Friday to discuss initiatives with CEO or participate in morning staff meetings

Previous experience working virtually successful with references
