We seek to employ the service of a male or female Receptionist to be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our Hotel. Who will be in charge of giving clients directions to various parts of the Hotel, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail.
Deal with bookings by phone, email, letter, fax or face-to-face
Complete the procedures when guests arrive and leave
Tell guests about hotel facilities and services
Deal with special requests from guests, like booking theatre tickets or storing valuable items
Provide information about the surrounding area
Prepare bills and take payments
Deal with complaints or problems
