Job Overview

Position Overview:

The Web Content Moderator is responsible for ensuring that all the tasks and deliverables of the community portal and web developer team will be completed effectively. 

 

Key Responsibilities:


  • Listing Creation and Management

  • Research, collate and organize post types data to input into the website.

  • Moderate data like comments, reviews, assigned user packages, etc. on the website backend.

  • Manage and collate email notifications from the website.

  • Communicate with the internal team from marketing, sales, training, product development and website development.

  • Encode Handwritten Meeting Notes, compile and record meetings for future reference.

  • Attend to reported issues and coordinate with Tech Ops and Lead Dev to fulfil service level agreement.

  • Provide input for weekly progress report that highlights CTR, Preferred Vendor, Unique visits, etc. 

  • Admin and research tasks as assigned. 

Qualifications:


  • 2-3 years experience as a web content moderator.

  • Proven leadership and management skills required.

  • Background in WordPress, Elementor and other page builders.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Knowledge in SEO preferred

Home Office Requirements:


  • 100% Remote work

  • Availability to work business hours in US Central Time

  • Computer (at least Core i3 Processor, 4 GB RAM, Webcam)

  • Home office with a private room and desk

  • Reliable internet (5 MBPS minimum, 10 MBPS preferred with ability to go up to 50 MBPS).
