Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time internal Conversation Rate Optimization (CRO)  Specialist to join our fast-growing team in the personal development and self improvement space. You will be responsible for managing all CRO activities such as planning and execution of A/B tests, building out sales-funnels, data analysis, conversion tracking, and reporting.

This is a home-based position that requires full-time commitment.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in conversation rate optimisation and/or digital marketing

  • Working knowledge of conversion rate optimisation practices and metrics

  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill

  • Ability to work within a team and independently

  • Experience with website optimization tools and conversion tracking (VWO, Google Analytics, Facebook, Maropost)

  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

  • Experience with conversion tracking and troubleshooting data discrepancies

  • Passionate about digital marketing and conversion rate optimisation

  • A self-driven learner who actively keeps up with conversion rate optimisation trends and best practices

  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills



  • Reviewing and analyzing internal sites for areas that can be improved and optimized

  • Preparing detailed strategy reports

  • Writing powerful calls-to-action to convert visitors

  • Developing and implementing conversion rate optimisation strategy

  • Working with copywriting, development, and design teams to optimise existing as well as create new sales pages and lead pages.
