I'm looking for a VA who's primary role will be to book appointments via automated messages and phone follow ups on behalf of our clients. There also be some customer service work involved such as answering questions etc.
You will be fully trained on the role but as you will be speaking to customers on the phone it's imperative that your spoken English is absolutely perfect. We are dealing with customers in the UK and USA so this is very important. Please do not apply if your spoken English isn't perfect.
Please note there is no cold calling required. Any calls are to customers who have provided us their contact details for a particular offer.
Working hours initially will be UK time 10am - 6pm. And some weekends as and when necessary. Facebook ads skils would be advantageous but not required.
Knowledge of Xero would also be an advantage.
