We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings, market research, lead generation, marketing, writing, editing, proofreading,and manage webite content. For this role, a Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype, WhatsApp, and dropbox.



  • Respond to phone calls, process customer inquiries chat, or email

  • Provide excellent customer service skills to customers and clients

  • Prepare customer spreadsheets and manage contact list 

  • Organize managers’ calendars, book travel and accommodations

  • Manage social media accounts for brands and blogs

  • Prepare and create PowerPoint presentations and materials as needed; research materials and sources for presentations

  • Complete market or internet research



  • Well-versed with English, both written and spoken

  • Strong customer service and presentation skills

  • Highly organized and able to multitask and work well with fast-paced directions and instructions

  • Handle confidential employer and client information

  • Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM

  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets take notes or transcribe meetings MS Office Suite)

  • Knowledge of online calendars, scheduling, fast typing skills. Google Calendar)

  • Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills

  • Excellent time management skills, solid organizational skills

  • High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus, however will train the right person.
