Job Overview

Professional requirements

  1.        Knowledge of English is at least at an Advanced level. 

  2.  Knowledge of executing paid media strategies including building audiences through customer data, building campaigns/ad sets/ads, closely monitoring performance, adjusting bids and budgets, and relentlessly testing/iterating to generate results

  3.   2+ years of experience and/or excellent skills with Facebook Ads

  4.  2+ years of online marketing experience

  5.  High attention to detail, proofreading, writing and editing skills for accuracy- Ability to problem-solve and analyze results and make suggestions to the client based on their individual results.

  6.  Understanding of Funnel Marketing strategies & the psychology of advertising to the customer journey

  7.  Committed to ongoing education and training to stay on top of the Facebook platform, rules, regulations, strategies and updates for proper ad execution, implementation & client success.

  8.  Follow-up with client communications, questions and concerns in a timely manner.

  9.  Must be available in the EST time zone (Florida, USA) for cooperation with the team for at least 3 working hours.

  10.  Must be able to complete task within given deadlines

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • - Plan and develop comprehensive paid media strategies to increase brand visibility and recognition, and drive new user acquisition and leads via paid Facebook Ads.

  • - Understanding the strategy of a specific campaign and client funnel

  •  - Building Facebook Ads campaign, including all copy and images.

  • - Targeting Setup. Audience Targeting Suggestions.

  • - Launch campaign with a target audience in Ads Manager. 

  • - Research audience & create Ad text with description. 

  • - Optimize campaigns to ensure the lowest possible cost per result and an overall positive ROI, on a daily basis.

  • - Ongoing Management

  • - Making necessary changes in ads for higher results until it expires. 

  • - Giving  technical support & Assisting. 

  • - Analysis of campaigns results and stats.

  • - Produce weekly reports for client account updates, recommendations and results.

  • - Knowledge of all newest FB advertising rules.

  • - experience in the use of Facebook Ads manager to construct multi-objective direct response marketing campaigns

  • - Have strong proficiency in the use of targeting tools to include FB pixels, google analytics, and similar.

  • - Proactively create, execute, and optimize creative strategies to consistently drive high-quality leads, traffic & visibility

  • - experience using 3rd party integration tools to create specialty workflows & sales funnels

  • - Review, edit & load ad assets as needed.
