research into cloud telephony/helpdesk/CRM services for a virtual assistant service

Job Overview

I am in the process of building a virtual assistant service. Core of the service will be a cloud software that includes cloud telephony, CRM, and call time tracking for billing purposes. I need a person who can assist in identifying the requirements for such a cloud service and also can do research on the systems available. That means, you need to have technical know how as well as an know how of the processes required in customer service and CRM. The project will involve an initial phone call, where we will discuss criteria for the ideal product, and one or more phone meetings to discuss your research results. In a later phase, we may also require assistance in implementing and managing the service, so this project may led to a long term engagement if everything works out.
