We're hiring for a Part-Time administrative and marketing assistant to bring our brand to the next level. In this position, you will manage the execution of marketing campaigns through promotional materials, creative content, advertising strategies, and social media.

The ideal candidate possesses impeccable attention to detail. The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position.

Candidate must have:

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities: Support our team in executing marketing plans via communication, digital, and social media.

  • Coordinate marketing events and client activities to promote our business.

  • Oversee all brochures, flyers, online marketing, etc. to continuously build our brand.

  • Manage and monitor our social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

  • Manage website content, mailing lists, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant.


  • Qualifications:2+ years as a marketing coordinator, social media specialist or similar work experience

  • Technologically savvy and familiar with web platforms, email systems, and social media

  • Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic

  • Deadline driven and extremely organized

  • Video and video editing skills a plus
