Good Morning, We have a growing business which is Mobility Scooters Direct. Many customers and prospective customers call us for help with their mobility scooters. We have a sales team which sells mobility scooters and other products. However, many will call with questions about their order. We also have many callers that need repairs, which we would need to be answered and handled appropriately.
Working Hours: 10am EST to 6pm EST (might change slightly)
Salary Payment Dates: 1st and the 15th of the Month
Requirements: Must speak English very well and have at least 1 year of experience as customer service phone representative with US-based company.
Must have 100 MBPS Download speed for internet connection (MINIMUM). Please use to measure your internet speed.
Must have a computer or laptop with a minimum 6 GB of RAM and a processor that is capable of reaching 2.0 GHZ.
Must be efficient with Google Drive, Gmail and Microsoft Office Products.
Brief Outline of the Job Role:
You will need to answer phone calls and read a script. The script will be there to help you, but you must be able to handle calls without the script in a professional way. We need a phone representative to help us do transfers to the appropriate departments, the goal is to help transfer live calls to the sales and service department. You will need to pre-qualify the caller by asking some questions and taking down information.
You should feel comfortable on the phone and be patient yet efficient with your time. We are looking for someone who will continue to give the ultimate customer experience and willing to work hard to grow with the company. Bonuses and incentives will be offered as you grow with us.
