Job Overview

Hi. I am starting my own business, e-commerce based. I sell satin pyjamas which improve your night's sleep, we are looking for Virtual Assistants to provide administrative support to our team for a variety of tasks. 

For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype & Gmail. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. Required working hours: You will be required to work 9 am to 5 pm, Australian Eastern Daylight (TimeTime zone in Melbourne VIC (GMT+11). Salary and salary dates: 300 AUD per month & we will come to an agreement for salary dates later.  

  • Skills & Requirements: To be suited for this role, you will need:      

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role    

  • Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP    

  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel)    

  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling Google Calendar, Google Sheets)    

  • Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills    

  • Excellent time management skills    

  • Solid organisational skills    

  • The ability to plan and strategise    

  • The ability to multi-task    

  • The ability to work under strict time constraints    

  • High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus but not compulsory.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:    

  • Perform various administrative tasks, including responding to emails    

  • Schedule and manage Instagram posts and share content across all our social media platforms    

  • Like, reply to and manage comments and direct messages on Instagram and other forms of social media if assigned    

  • Find relevant influencers on Instagram to communicate and build a relationship with    

  • Find and edit images for social media posts    

  • Prepare spreadsheets and keep online records    

  • Create small articles, blogs and reviews as assigned    

  • Create surveys and promotions to engage people    

  • Generate reports based on the results of social insights    

  • Address employees administrative queries    

Provide customer service as the first point of contact YOU MUST READ, WRITE AND SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
