Job Overview

We have two exciting and dynamic online businesses, for which we're seeking to hire a dynamic and energetic person to join our team.  

The two business are


  1. which is in the personal development and coaching marketing.  This business works with women to help them succeed in their faith, their lives and their careers.  This business is led by my wife, Karen Pierce.

     

  2. And, this business brings artisan loose leaf teas from old world Europe to the American market.  This business is led by my cousin and his wife Don and Anastasia Halldin.

The person we're seeking to bring on the team is someone who can help us management our websites, our social media, and our marketing assets. This person will be joining an experienced team located across the US and Australia.  The position is full-time with flexible hours, we use Trello and Slack to keep the team on track.

This role will be expected to edit and update our websites and eCommerce store, as well as help with the project management and creation of a new website,  They will assist with social media & group management for FiercelyInLove and HealthyTeaRoom, which are currently using FaceBook and Instagram.  Assist with the creation of email & social media marketing campaigns, creative design, copywriting and implementation.  Assist with the management and growth of our membership site,

Important that this person have a positive attitude, be a self-started, is dedicated and be able to work in a dynamic global team.

Compensation: $500 / month (paid bi-weekly) + 13th month bonus, with performance and loyalty bonuses to be discussed

    • Transcription of video and audio recordings
