This position’s primary focus is to support our founder and our Australian-based Virtual Assistant, to help them stay organised and on task while they create new content and products within the business.
Our ideal candidate is a stickler for detail, has a flair for design and enjoys following processes. Discretion and confidentiality are essential for this position.
This role is a virtual role. This is a part-time position that reports directly to our CEO/Founder, while sometimes working closely with other key members of the team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Our Virtual Assistant will be responsible for ongoing support for our business and our team. You will:
Design graphics for social media (using pre-designed templates in Canva).
Schedule podcast episodes and related social media promotion graphics.
Assist in scheduling Youtube, Instagram and Facebook content.
Use InDesign to format documents into our branded templates.
Assist in uploading content for our paying customers.
Provide other administrative support as required from time to time.
These duties and responsibilities may increase over time, as the business evolves and as we identify areas in which you can excel.
