  • Experience with answering product inquiries via phone, email

  • Order intake/processing via computer system

  • Inventory review

  • Daily interaction with various departments: communicating customer information/accounts/contracts

  • Auditing Purchase Orders / Invoice matching and sorting

  • Working with pricing documentation

  • Strong software/computer skills

  • Various software experience

  • Intermediate and beyond levels of Excel

  • SOME accounting skills

  • COMPANY ACCOUNTS MANAGMENT

HOURS NEEDED 8 AM - 5 PM - EASTERN TIME, USA. MANDATORY
