Part Time Remote Assistant for a Speech Therapy and Tutoring Company Based in NYC

Job Overview

This position is for approximately 15-20 hours per week with the need to be available for at least 2 hours per day, Mon-Friday, ideally between the hours 9am-5pm EST. The two hours can be broken up during the day.

Position Requirements:


  • 3 years of relevant work experience assisting Directors and CEO

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Working knowledge of Excel, MS Word, emailing (keeping your email inbox well organized due to receiving a heavy load of emails), scheduling, following up with staff and clients, organizing shared Google docs.

  • Experience with direct client and staff interactions (phone calls, emailing, texting

  • Experience working with parents.

  • Job will require some editing, writing, and research.

  • Excellent organizational skills due to fast pace of emails and follow-ups.

  • Editing Skills

  • High comfort level with work in a “virtual” environment and eagerness to build relationships

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
