We are Sacramento based realty company that provides renting, buying, selling and property management of properties. We are in need of a real estate accounting virtual assistant with the following criteria.
1. At least 1-year experience as a virtual assistant
2. Has experience in Accounts Payable or any accounting position
3. CPA is a plus but not required
4. Has background in real estate in any fields.
5. Able to work full time from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST or 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM PH time
6. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
7. Has basic knowledge of MS Office and is able to do basic photo editing.
8. Has a mindset to grow in the company and is open to feedback
9. Has a stable internet connection of at least 5MBPS and have a laptop/computer with at least 8GB of RAM
