General Virtual Assistant

Madison REIA is a trade organization for Real Estate Investors. We provide networking opportunities and educational events to help members connect with the local community.

We are seeking a virtual assistant who has previous administrative, marketing and customer support experience. We need someone for 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule Monday through Friday, Central Standard Time. The first 3 months will be a trial period and paid weekly upon completion of work. Starting pay of $400 up to $600 per month.

Duties include:


  • Basic research, data entry and form completion

  • Create procedure guidelines for training staff and volunteers

  • Learn to use our industry specific web portal “Pros” and manage files in Google Drive

  • Organize and filter staff inbox, to-do list and calendar

  • Respond to support requests via email and moderate comments on Facebook posts

Skills needed to be successful:


  • Excellent English comprehension and writing ability

  • Courteous and compassionate customer service

  • Problem solving ability

  • Marketing and social media experience is a plus
